Horsehead Creek

Horsehead Creek, located in Devonport, Tasmania, is a popular destination for recreational activities, particularly for those traveling with caravans and recreational vehicles (RVs). The Horsehead Creek Riverside Park offers facilities tailored for RVs and caravans, including an RV dump point and public toilets. The camping ground is situated on a grassy area, providing a pleasant environment for campers.

For boating enthusiasts, the Horsehead Creek Boat Ramp features a dual-lane concrete ramp with a central pontoon platform. However, users should be aware that the ramp is exposed to south-easterly weather conditions and may be restricted at low tide. Personal Watercraft (PWC) fenders have been installed to assist with launching and retrieval.

The park includes a RV dump point and public toilets.

Camping is only available to fully self contained vehicles, passes can be purchased from the EasyPark App or the Visitor Information Centre.
