Diamonds of Devonport
The Diamonds of Devonport is an annual event celebrating the achievements of local women who have made significant contributions to the community. Hosted by the Devonport City Council in conjunction with International Women’s Day, this event honors women across three categories:
- Personal or Community Achievement: Recognizing those who have positively impacted the community or demonstrated exceptional personal growth.
- Entrepreneurial Achievement: Celebrating successful women in business or entrepreneurship within the Devonport area.
- Young Achiever (under 30): Acknowledging young women making notable contributions to the community or excelling in their fields.
Nominations are open to women who live or work in the Devonport Local Government area and have demonstrated dedication and service that enriches the community.
